Forehand Volley: 10+ minutes
Activity Goals
Consistency - 60+/60 seconds
Repetition/Get into a rhythm

Stroke Key Points
-get ready early
-bend knees
- light paddle grip 2/3 out of 10 (10 being a tight grip)
- use non dominant arm for balance
- hit ball in front of you
- stroke through the ball
-get in ready position
